Now I can make my favorite Mediterranean dishes at home with these easy to follow instructions. The pictures were a great help too. The baklava was so good and surprisingly simple to make. I enjoyed the family stories sprinkled throughout the book. My husband never would eat hummus before , but now thanks to this step by step recipe he loves it! Will be making many of these Lebanese dishes my our own family favorites.
